Vegetables Mashed Sweet Potatoes Mash 2 C. sweet potatoes (1 can) Add: 1/8 C. oleo 1/4 C. brown sugar 1/2 C. orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 or 1 C. miniature marshmallows Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Top with marshmallows and cook until brown.
