Petite Peas
Steam 2 packages frozen petite peas, drain and cool.
Mix in:
1/2 C. minced celery
1/4 minced onion
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. marjorum
1/2 tsp. rosemary
salt & pepper
Place in buttered 8" or 9" casserole dish.
Mix Pepperage Farm Herb stuffing with melted butter
Make moist to generously cover the peas.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until top is brown. |
