Eggs & Cheese
Egg Sausage Souffle
6 eggs slightly beaten
6 slices bread cubed
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 pkg. little pig sausages cut in pieces
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Stir together and pour in casserole dish. Refridgerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 min. to 1 hr. |
