El Grando Mexicano

Serves 8-10

Brown and drain 1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. chili mix
1 large can tomatoes
Simmer 30 min.
Cook 2 small pkg. yellow rice by directions.
Heat 1 can cheddar cheese soup with 1/3 C. milk
Layer rice and meat mixture.
Put in oven until bubbly 325 for 30 min.
Pour cheese mixture over and return to oven for 10 min.
Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped onions

ch. green pepper
ch. black olives
