Veal Parmesan

Veal Sliced. Dip in flour mixture:
1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika

Dip in egg then in 1/2 C. bread crumbs and 1/2 C. parmesan cheese mixed together. Brown in skillet on both sides and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top. Pour tomato sauce (large can) over, cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
