Cakes & Cookies Thumb Print Cookies Mix: 1/2 c. oleo 1 egg yolk 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 t. vanilla Stir in: 1 c. flour 1/4 t. salt Roll in small balls, beat with fork 1 egg white, dip balls and roll in chopped pecans Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Removie from oven, press with thumb to make indentation for white icing. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Ice.
