Pies & Pastries
No-Roll Pie Shell
Blend with pastry blender:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. softened oleo
Press into pie pan. Cannot be baked at high temp.
For shells - bake 375° for 15 minutes or until desired brown. For fruit pies, bake at 375° for 15 minutes then turn oven down to 350° and bake until fruit tests done.
Fruit pies can be topped with crumb topping. |
